TherapyTimes online therapy resource publishes article about Palatometer.

"Being able to see what a person’s tongue is doing during speech production has been the goal of speech therapists and speech scientists for many years.

"They have used techniques that range from coating the student’s tongue with a mixture of honey and charcoal powder to using flashlights and tongue depressors. This has all been done in an attempt to better aid those with speech difficulties.

"The palatometer makes this process much easier with its ability to produce interactive real-time palatograms."
